Philosophy and Approach: I am a second degree Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki trained practitioner walking my destiny path towards wholeness, healing, dedicated service and mastery.
Using energy work, my life experiences and intuitive guidance, I help clients move through their life’s journey. I believe that sharing our experiences helps us heal, work toward connections and helps release the things that hold us back in our lives.
Clients are able to explore emotional needs and overcome barriers that limit their full potential.
Purposeful exploration is important for us to be our best selves. If you choose to take the brave step and begin purposeful exploration we will give thoughtful consideration to self awareness, self compassion, societal norms, misinformation, critical thinking, relationship dynamics and interpersonal effectiveness.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is spiritually guided life energy. Reiki guides itself through it’s own wisdom. It is a special kind of healing that can only be performed by someone that has been trained. Reiki attunement can start a cleansing process that affects the physical body as well as mind and emotions. Toxins that have been stored in the body may be released along with feelings and thought patterns that are no longer useful. This does not always take place after a Reiki attunement, but when it does, it is important to understand what is happening so you can support its completion. Whenever change takes place, even if it is good, a period of adjustment is necessary so that the body and various parts of your life can get used to the healthy new conditions. You may need more rest, and it can be also helpful to spend time quietly contemplating your life and any changes you might need to make to support a healthier lifestyle.
