I graduated with a doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, OR. In addition to the traditional academic path at NUNM, I completed a three year advanced gynecology/women’s health mentorship and a nineteen-month midwifery/pediatric externship. This additional training complemented my women’s health specialization and laid the foundation for a strong family medicine practice.
In 2009 I founded Flow Natural Health Care as a primary care clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, sustainable and comprehensive health care for the whole family. I work as a primary care physician with individuals of all ages, and have a passion for chronic disease, autoimmune disorders, digestive health, sports medicine, women’s health and hormonal imbalances.
My passion for natural medicine stems from being raised in the Canadian Rockies by a long matriarchal linage of botanical healers. I am deeply connected with my botanical roots, balancing their medicinal qualities with conventional therapies as necessary and appropriate. I am also trained and certified through the Arvigo InstituteTM to perform Maya Abdominal Therapy and work extensively with diet and lifestyle counseling.
