It’s that time of year when so many of us are making resolutions to get into shape and eat a more nutritious whole foods diet. But where do we start and how can we be successful? Come join Dr. Marsha Hamilton and Dr. Stephanie Auerbach as they help guide participants through a 3 week cleanse! This program is designed to help decrease your toxic load, cleanse your liver, reduce food cravings and decrease inflammation throughout your entire body. And don’t worry, it doesn’t involve juicing and being hungry all day long. This cleanse includes a wide variety of delicious nutrient dense foods.
Classes will take place at Flow Natural Health Care. Class time can be flexible and dependent on the availability of the majority of participants.The Intro Class must be attended by everyone participating in the cleanse. All other classes are optional.
Intro Class – Wednesday, March 4th @ 6-7 PM
2nd Class – Wednesday, March 11th @ 6-7 PM
3rd Class – Wednesday, March 18th @ 6-7 PM
4th Class – Wednesday, March 25th @ 6-7 PM
Option 1 – $45, includes 60-minute Intro Class with introduction to cleanse, educational materials, recipes and liver detox aids.
Option 2 – $55, includes two 60-minute group classes plus Option 1 materials.
Option 3 – $60, includes three 60-minute group classes plus Option 1 materials.
Option 4 – $65, includes four 60-minute group classes plus Option 1 materials.
